- Customized or fully delivered digital assets (source files, SOPs, code hand-offs).
- Expedited/priority service surcharges once work begins.
4) Project Cancellations (Development)
If you cancel a development project, we will determine the refundable portion based on actual progress:

5) Subscriptions & Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- We issue pro-rated refunds for any unused period after you cancel.
- Pausing is available on request for up to 60 days (one pause per 6-month period).
6) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Please contact us first to resolve issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
- We provide documentation (SOW, invoices, deliverables) to the payment processor during disputes.
7) How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

8) Method of Refund

9) Client Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate contact and billing details.
- Respond promptly to our requests for information during evaluation.
- Remove our access/credentials after cancellation if requested by us.
10) Exceptions & Special Cases
- Force Majeure: No refunds for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., platform outages, natural disasters).
- Compliance Failures: If a marketplace rejects or suspends due to client-side non-compliance, fees for our time remain payable.
- Goodwill: We may, at our discretion, offer partial credits or additional support.
